Returns and Exchanges Policy: 

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Return:
To begin a return, please reach out to us at jillandbooswoolshop@gmail.com. Kindly note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit, so we strongly recommend using tracking and relevant insurance when returning items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect order, we sincerely apologise. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue, so we can assist you in resolving it.

Refunds:
Refunds are available only for defective or misrepresented goods.

Returns:
Returns are accepted for yarn, needles, hooks, and accessories, and will be processed as either exchanges or store credit. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Items purchased with a gift card will be processed as exchanges or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, books, and patterns are non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns on yarn that has been wound from a skein into a ball.

Shipping:
We use Australia Post for shipping. While we take great care in handling your order, we are not responsible for lost or uninsured packages, or for any issues that arise from providing an incorrect delivery address.

Price & Colour:
All prices on the website and other materials are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We take every effort to accurately photograph our products, but due to differences in monitor calibrations, the colour of the yarn you see on your screen may not exactly match the actual product. If you need assistance with colour matching or descriptions, feel free to reach out to us.
