Order Processing:  Please allow 3 business days for processing online orders.

Shipping within Australia

·         Orders Over $175*: FREE shipping

·         Orders Under $175*: Shipping is calculated using Australia Post rates with discounts

Bulky Orders*  For items that exceed certain size and weight limits, we will notify you of any additional shipping costs before delivery.

International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the destination, and the size/weight of your order. Multiple shipping options will be provided.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees incurred in their country. If a parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue store credit, less any processing fees.

Shipping Partner: We use Australia Post for both domestic and international shipping.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the Australia Post website.

Preorders: Items ordered alongside a preorder will be held and shipped together once the preorder item is available. If you prefer immediate shipment of other items, please place a separate order for those.
